As the anticipation builds this fall for the third season of “American Idol,” fans can now get an interactive fix of their favorite program wherever they go. The game features celebrity judges Randy Jackson, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell.The game is a music-based rhythm-action game giving players the opportunity to experience the fun and excitement of the popular television series at home or on the go. In the game, players will create, control, style and train their contestant for competition. Players must match the right combinations of buttons to the beat of the music. If they get it right, the contestant sings a sweet harmony and dances to the rhythm; however, if they get it wrong, they sing out of tune. With top music tracks to master, players will get “constructive criticism” from Randy, Paula and Simon on their performance. As contestants progress through the game they will win new fashions and styles to help them create their own American Idol image.
